STANDARD DELIVERY – FREE for signed in Dreammers Rewards members on orders over $50, otherwise $9.95.
Metro: 5 business days.
Regional: up to 7 business days.
EXPRESS DELIVERY – $20
Metro: Next business day delivery for orders dispatched before 10am.
Regional: 1-2 business days as per Australia Post website.
Tracking for both standard and express delivery is available through Australia Post using the tracking number in your dispatch email.
How much do you charge for delivery?

We offer FREE standard delivery to Dreammers Members on orders over $50, otherwise $9.95 - sign up or login here. Guest orders incur a flat rate $9.95 delivery fee.
We also offer express delivery at a flat rate of $20 this applies to all member and guest customers.

MAXIMUM DELIVERY CHARGE
All delivery is automatically calculated at checkout. Maximum delivery charge for any online order is capped at $50.
Faulty Or Incorrect Deliveries
At Dreammers , we take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem. Returns will be accepted for products purchased either online or instore and can be returned to any Dreammers Outlet Store or through our online returns system. You will need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making the return.

How long does it take Dreammers to dispatch my order?
It can take 1 – 3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our New South Wales warehouse. During peak periods this may be longer due to high demand.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email complete with a tracking number.
Standard delivery can take between 5 - 7 business days. Please allow an additional 5 business days for personalised items to be delivered.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to Australia via Australia Post.
Can I amend my address before shipment?
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes (e.g. styles, sizes, quantity) to your order, including delivery or payment methods, once your order has been placed.
Depending on when your order was placed you may be able to cancel some items, however new items cannot be added.
